The Alumni Association and Alumni Council

Every June, after Dalton seniors walk triumphantly through the Arch for the final time and “go forth unafraid” as graduates, they are warmly welcomed as the newest members of the School’s Alumni Association.

Alumni who play an active role at their alma mater have the opportunity to join the Alumni Council. The Council works closely with the Alumni office and meets monthly to organize fun activities (e.g., Alumni Master Classes), events (e.g., the popular Conversation Series), and useful services (e.g., Alumni Career Resource Network and Alumni College Internship Directory).

The Alumni Council recently established vibrant Task Forces to develop the following areas: history of Dalton, career services, community services, development, and diversity. The Council also represents the interests of the Alumni Association to the Board of Trustees and the school administration.
