Expected Construction Activities: September 2019

• Final masonry patching
• Removal of scaffold (north side, hoist area)
• Removal of sidewalk bridge – anticipate September, pending DOB approval

Construction Hours: 

Construction work will occur during normal DOB construction hours on weekdays from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM with no exterior work beginning prior to 8:00 AM.  No project deliveries will be permitted before 7:15 AM on weekdays. 

Saturday work: 

Saturday work may be planned from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, pending DOB approval, and will focus on final masonry work, removal of scaffold or the sidewalk bridge.  We anticipate minimal impact to building access, vehicular traffic, and pedestrian walkways. 

All dates and times are subject to change as weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances may impact the progress of work.
