Extra-curricular interests: Stage managing, Cookies for Kids’ Cancer, Disability Visibility, Alabanza (a cappella group), 2017 Student Diversity Leadership Conference
Independent Study (Real): I took a costume design independent study last year and I’m taking a set design independent study this year. The final project is designing the set for our spring play.
Independent Study (Imagined): Looking at the way that the land, resources, and geography of New York City has been used and changed throughout history
Place at Dalton you’re most likely to find me: The English lab! It’s super cozy and a great place to work, but I’ve also had some of the most thought-provoking and interesting conversations of my life with the teachers and students working in there.
Dalton course I could teach: Environmental science. I spent my junior spring at the Mountain School, a semester school that’s on a working farm in Vermont.
Proud Dalton accomplishment: The first show I stage managed in the fall of my freshman year
Favorite chill time activities: Hugging my cat, maintaining the forest of basil on my windowsill, and baking
