Glenn Makos Takes The Stage at International Trumpet Conference

The five-day conference features top trumpet players, composers, and fans from around the world. Mr. Makos was among five trumpeters who premiered "Inside The Gate", a new work by Australian composer, Adrian Kelly. Critics called the performance, "an ear-catching groove that gave way to more soloistic improvisatory moments for members of the ensemble. The group navigated the difficult shout sections with ease and added a wonderful depth of color to their melodic lines throughout the work".
