The Varsity Squash team bounced back from a tough loss against Horace Mann to defeat Riverdale 5-2 on Wednesday, December 19. The victory over Riverdale gives the team their second league victory and a 2-1 record within the Ivy League.

Girls Basketball
After dropping games against challenging teams, the Girls Basketball team responded with three wins this week. On Monday, December 17, Dalton defeated Convent of the Sacred Heart by 1 point as sophomore forward Tori DaCosta hit two free throws to take the lead with 5 seconds remaining. They continued their success with two consecutive routs, beating Riverdale on Wednesday by 19 and Avenues on Thursday by 35. Junior guard Dagny Patton led the way with 27 points against Riverdale and 22 points against Avenues. The team enters the winter break with a 7-3 overall record.
