Dalton Squash Wins a Pair

Led by senior Max Menin in the top lineup spot, the Squash team defeated Fieldston in a closely contested 4-3 win on Monday, January 31. The Tigers also got victories from fellow seniors Jake Berg at #5 (3-1) and Zach Lipsher at #7 (3-0), and junior Langley Beaudoin at #6 (3-0). On Wednesday, February 2, Dalton defeated Riverdale by a 5-2 score. In addition to victories from Menin (3-0), Berg (3-1), Beaudoin (3-1), and Lipsher (3-0),  Dalton also scored a win by 9th grader Ary Tampi with a 3-0 score playing in the #4 spot.

The victories propel Daltons into a tie for 4th place in the Ivy League. The team looks to finish their season on a strong note with two more matches upcoming against Masters and Horace Mann before the NYSAIS Tournament.
