DGI Trips: Enhancement Opportunities for Dalton High School French and Mandarin Students
While many students took a well-deserved rest and vacation over Spring Break from the rigors of their busy school days, two groups of students and chaperones journeyed far to practice their French and Mandarin while visiting Morocco and China. These two immersive trips provided valuable opportunities for students and faculty to connect with diverse peoples and places of the world. We have provided a few shots from the trips here, but be sure to visit their DGI China and DGI Morocco pages to read daily travelogues and view photos of these amazing trips.
Middle School Spanish students also took a trip to Spain where they visited many sites in Madrid, Cordoba and Seville. Also, see photos on their trip page.
Dalton Global Initiatives (DGI) provide students with rigorous, individualized experiences that cultivate global leadership and promote understanding and responsibility in the world community. To learn more about Dalton's Global Initiatives program, please visit www.dalton.org/dgi.
