A Dalton Summer Camp offers a balanced schedule of physical, creative, and fun-filled activities in a relaxed and nurturing environment. The program varies according to the ages, needs and interests of the children.
When we plan A Dalton Summer Camp, we keep in mind that early childhood is filled with wonders. The responsibility to maintain each child’s sense of joy is one that we take to heart. Our goal is to stimulate and broaden every child’s interest in the world around them. It is in this spirit that A Dalton Summer was created.
For Summer 2018 A Dalton Summer will run from June 25-July 27. We will be closed on Wednesday, July 4.

Dalton Cub Camp
We offer a program designed for incoming Dalton kindergarten students. The program will introduce campers to Dalton teachers, as well as future classmates while participating in fun, safe activities.
For summer 2018 Dalton Cub Camp will run from June 12 to June 15, 2018. Dalton Cub Camp arrival and dismissal will take place at the Dalton Gym (200 East 87th Street.)
Dalton Tiger Camp (a week of sports camp)
We offer a program for children from all schools filled with sports activities. Campers will choose a morning activity and an afternoon activity.
For summer 2018 Dalton Sports Camp will run from June 12 to June 15, 2018. Dalton Tiger Camp is for campers entering 1st to 5th grade. Arrival and dismissal will take place at the Dalton Gym (200 East 87th Street.)
Dalton Summer Camp*
We offer a hands-on, age-appropriate introduction to the world of summer camp. Summer days filled with music, art, PE, discovery, water play and special days, such as Pajama Day, Sundaes on Mondays, Icee Nicees, Costume Day, Carnival and The Show.
As campers get older, they will receive an adventurous summer filled with swimming, trips to Randall's Island, field trips and many more fun activities.
