Exploring Interests Through Real-World Experiences
Dalton’s internship program, coordinated by The Office of Global and Community Engagement, offers High School students a unique opportunity to explore their interests, expand their skills, and gain real-world experience. The program connects students with dynamic internships, externships, and shadowing opportunities through partnerships with local community organizations, as well as our extensive alumni and parent communities.
Each summer, numerous students engage in hands-on experiences across a range of fields — including business, law, medicine, media, arts, and STEM fields — building professional skills, confidence, and workplace maturity. Throughout the school year, the Office of Global and Community Engagement maintains an evolving directory of internships and collaborates with providers and students to ensure meaningful and seamless experiences.
