Alumni Explore "Frida and Diego: The Last Dream" Exhibition at MoMA
The Alumni Office hosted an immersive and informative guided tour of the Frida and Diego: The Last Dream exhibit at the MoMA on Wednesday, May 6.
Alumni from the classes of 1959–2006, along with two parents of parents of alumni, gathered together to explore the groundbreaking work of these two iconic 20th-century artists. The exhibit is a first-of-its-kind collaboration with the Metropolitan Opera in conjunction with the production of El Último Sueño de Frida y Diego with libretto by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Nilo Cruz.
We highly recommend checking it out!
Following the tour, several attendees enjoyed lunch together at La Grande Boucherie.
Thanks to our Senior Alumni Committee — Fred Lewyn ’74, Marjie Cohen Scharfspitz ’59, and Patty Braun Silvers ’68 — of the Alumni Council for organizing this event.
