Greetings, esteemed fellow Dalton alums! I am honored to be your new Alumni Council President. I joined the Alumni Council in 2018 and for the past two years have served as the Alumni Council Vice President.

My primary goal as Council President is to foster connections among alumni and between alumni and Dalton, per the Council’s mission. To that end, under the previous presidency, we focused on younger alumni engagement, and that remains a priority for the Council. As a firm believer in the power of a diverse community, I am also passionate about creating programming that engages and supports as many alumni as possible.

Dalton’s alumni network of more than 6,000 graduates comprises many dynamic individuals spanning a variety of experiences, identities, interests, and professions. We seek to provide a robust sense of connection to the alumni body earlier on for individuals when they graduate from Dalton, drawing from the strength, experience, and mentorship of fellow alumni from a wide range of backgrounds.

The Council is always looking for volunteers and future Council members, so if you are interested in helping with one of the Council's many committees or wish to learn more, please reach out to me or the Dalton Alumni Office at alumni@dalton.org. Lastly, if you attend one of the many Council events throughout the year, I hope you will say hello to Arun Yang, the Council Vice President, or me.

Go Forth Unafraid!
