Championship Bound: Dalton HS Robotics Dominates Super Qualifiers

Following an intense weekend at the NYC Super Qualifiers, the Dalton Robotics High School program is proud to announce that three of our teams have advanced to the NYC FTC Championship!
Congratulations to 4174, Atomic Theory, 9372, Standard Model, and 11453, Uncertainty Principle!

It was a weekend of high-stakes drama and major upsets. Leading the charge was team 9372, who executed a stunning come-from-behind victory. After finishing the qualification matches in 9th place, they joined the 5th-seed alliance and swept the double-elimination bracket, defeating the favored 1st- and 2nd-seed alliances to win the entire event. This victory marks 9372’s third tournament win of the season — an incredible record that has seen them reach the finals at every single competition they have entered this season.

Joining them at the next leave are teams 4174 and 11453, who both secured their advancement ot the regional finals through far-reaching community outreach and excellence in robot design, respectively. All three teams were back in action this week, competing for the city title at the NYC FTC Championship at Francis Lewis High School.

Please join us in cheering them on via the livestream link below! Matches begin at 11 AM, and playoffs will start around 3:30 PM.
