Rebecca Gradinger

Rebecca Gradinger began her publishing career as a foreign literary scout, before joining Janklow & Nesbit Associates as a literary agent. She joined Fletcher & Company in 2009.

Prior to that, she was a lawyer, practicing media and intellectual property law. Rebecca represents a wide range of literary fiction and non-fiction. Some of Rebecca’s recent projects include Maggie Shipstead’s Booker Prize-shortlisted novel, GREAT CIRCLE (Knopf), Francisco Cantú's National Book Critics Circle Finalist THE LINE BECOMES A RIVER (Riverhead), and the New York Times bestselling QUIT LIKE A WOMAN by Holly Whitaker (Dial Press).

Some of her forthcoming titles include SISTERHOOD HEALS by Dr. Joy Bradford (Ballantine), THE BARTENDER’S CURE by Wesley Straton (Flatiron), and SHADOWS OF BERLIN by David Gillham (Sourcebooks).

Rebecca holds a BA from Barnard College and a JD from George Washington University Law Center. She is originally from Montreal and is the mother of two extroverted teenage girls.
