Fourth Grade Students Take Part in Plimoth Plantation Educator Workshops
The fourth graders spend their year exploring immigration, a close look at those iconic American immigrants, the Pilgrims, for their final unit. After major research with primary and secondary sources, the grade deepened their understandings on Friday, May 6 with a series of workshops led by educators from Plimoth Plantation (two of them in character, playing actual historical people). These included quill writing, games, riddles, etiquette, militia training, and Wampanoag life.
