FP Book Fair 2016 & Book Fair Paintings Exhibit
Many First Program parents, students and even some grandparents enjoyed choosing books from the wide variety of book titles at this year's FP Book Fair. From picture books to mythology, "Tiger" accessories and a variety of Dalton clothing, the FP Book Fair catered to all. Dalton administrators recommended title suggestions, and books by our visiting author, Grace Lin were a popular purchase.
In preparation for the 2016 Book Fair, paintings were created by the third graders to celebrate reading and to share favorite books with the FP community. Using line, shape and color, the students painted a scene from a favorite book to illustrate an important part of the story. These paintings are on display in the East lobby and Lobby 51.
