Revised Schedule - August Construction Activities
Crane work will not occur this week. Please be aware of revised dates for street closure due to crane work and additional construction activities throughout August.
89th Street (between Lexington and Park Avenue) will be closed on Saturday, August 19 as permitted by NYC DOT. Crane work will occur between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Our construction team will coordinate building access and deliveries throughout the process. During the full street closure, Dalton will have a minimum of six flags persons and additional security on the street 24-hours a day to facilitate emergency vehicular access and safe pedestrian passage.
Expected concrete work
Starting the week of August 14, our team will perform concrete work on the next expansion floors. We anticipate minimal impact to building access, vehicular traffic, and pedestrian walkways.
As weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances may influence the progress of work, dates and times are subject to change as required by the NYC Department of Buildings.
