The Food and Nutrition Committee reviews, recommends, and commends the food services program of the First Program, Middle and High Schools to the Food Services Department. Members of this committee work with administration to improve the quality of food service, recommend different food types for the menu, and assist in developing methods to increase student awareness of nutrition and its benefits. The programs and projects initiated by this committee are done so in cooperation and collaboration with the Food Services Department of The Dalton School, the students and faculty, and with the support of administration.
