Poems by Teacher Alison Albino to be Published
Middle and High School French teacher, Allison Albino, had three poems accepted for publication: a prose poem entitled, "How To Get There" with Punch Drunk Press and two poems forthcoming in the March issue of Pigeon Pages and The Lantern Review, a review for Asian-American poets.
She recently gave a reading for the Sunday Salon Series at VON on Bleeker Street, which raised money for Global Youth Connect, an organization that provides scholarships for young leaders and supports participation in human rights summer programs in Columbia, Rwanda, and South Africa.
