Dalton Head of School Search Survey
Dear Dalton Community,
As you know, Dalton recently launched a search for our new Head of School. In order to have input from our entire community in this important next step for our school, we are asking you to please take the time to fill out a short survey. The survey will be administered by Spencer Stuart and will be entirely confidential. It will only take five minutes, but will be immeasurably valuable to the process.

We are looking for your help to make the Head of School search a collaborative project with broad input, something that we can embark upon together as one community—including students, staff, faculty, parents and guardians, alumni, parents of alumni, and beyond.
Next month, we will report back on the survey results and share what we have heard from our community. But we don't want your involvement to end there. We hope to continue to hear from you with any suggestions you may have or comments you would like to share with us.
We have set up two ways for you to provide ongoing input. First, if you would like to recommend candidates for consideration, please email Spencer Stuart at DaltonHead@spencerstuart.com. In addition, we will provide a link—located on our dedicated Head of School Search webpage—for community members to submit anonymous suggestions and input. This webpage also includes details about Search Committee and Advisory Council members, updates on the search process, as well as answers to frequently asked questions.
This survey is the primary way for you to provide feedback, and your input on this survey is critical to the success of the search. We thank you in advance for your help. The survey deadline is Tuesday, May 11. Please find the survey below.
