The survey is both confidential and anonymous. It's being administered by Spencer Stuart, the firm assisting with the search, and responses cannot be traced back to the respondent. The survey will only take five minutes but will be immeasurably valuable to our process. With your help, we can make the HOS search process a collaborative effort, something that we can embark on together as one community—across students, staff, faculty, parents and guardians, alumni, parents of alumni, and beyond.
