This past weekend, the Dalton Computer Science Team competed in the American Computer Science League's Finals competition. As a team, Dalton placed second nationwide among independent schools in the ACSL, while two team members earned a silver and bronze medal, respectively.
The team enjoyed a busy and successful 2022 season, logging impressive finishes in various competitions.

American Computer Science League 2022 Invite-only Finals Competition, Senior Division (hardest division): Six students qualified: Julie Young '24, Thomas Breydo '23, Elize Dracopoulos '23, Michael Jiang '23, Felix Kramarsky '23, Max Larsson '23, Thomas won a silver medal, while Michael took home a Bronze medal.
American Computer Science League 2022 Regular Season, Senior Division (hardest division): Dalton placed 2nd among independent schools in the country and first among all schools in NY State. Julie Young tied for 10th in NYS and placed second among sophomores in NYS, Thomas Breydo tied for first in NYS, Elize Dracopoulos tied for fifth in NYS, Michael Jiang tied for third in NYS, Felix Kramarsky tied for fifth in NYS, and Max Larsson tied for seventh in NYS.
