An opportunity to join in community and celebrate the work of our Equity and Belonging office, this event provided parents with a valuable window into our affinity groups. Framed by Chief of Equity and Belonging Johára Tucker, Assistant Head of School Celeste Herrera, and Diversity Coordinator for Student Life Juliet Baker '10, parents learned about the history and intention of DialogueLab along with key improvements made this year. 

Attendees then joined with members of our Parents Association and Administrative Team in affinity sessions facilitated by faculty that followed the same curriculum experienced by students in our October session.
