Joined by current and former independent school leaders Donna Orem (NAIS President), Sue Cunningham (Council for Advancement and Support Education), Helen Pike (Master, Magdalen College), and moderator Bodie Brizendine (former Head of The Spence School), José contributed to the Key Session panel entitled “The Global Leadership Landscape in Independent Schools.” He said that schools must connect their mission and values with the student experience.
 

The conference — this year, with 1,400 attendees —  is the flagship advancement and development conference for schools globally and covers a myriad of topics, including innovation and institutional sustainability, data and research in philanthropy, and team and workforce development.
