Mandarin student and Freshman Leo Rodriguez won 3rd place in the CLTAC annual Mandarin speech contest. This online contest, which was open nationwide for elementary through college students, focused on students' presentational skills, oral proficiency, and content. Leo delivered all three in his video about his Mandarin learning journey. CLTAC (The Chinese Language Teachers Association of California) is America's largest group of Chinese language teachers.
