MS ACC Students Make Ramen in the Teaching Kitchen
In the first trimester, Middle School ACC (Asian Cultures Club) students explored the history of ramen and the process of making it through engaging videos and Kahoot games.
This trimester, the ACC students visited the Teaching Kitchen with generous support from Chef Jaz and the Middle School Assistant Dean of Students, Mr. Jimenez, to experience ramen cooking firsthand. Everyone had fun making their ramen and experiencing the “heat” in the kitchen!
