Students in the Middle School and High School had assemblies with cultural performances and lots of audience participation in which kids learned kung fu, plate spinning, and more! On January 23, over 250 Dalton community members joined us for our annual Lunar New Year celebration in partnership with the PA’s Asian Pacific American (APA) Parent Group. With food in the cafeteria, games and workshops in the library and on the 5th floor, and a rousing student and professional performance in the theater, this year’s event was a success from start to finish! Special thanks and appreciation to Cindy, Liqi, and Huixian, who worked tirelessly to make these events so special. Happy Lunar New Year to everyone!
