Dalton Alumni Explore Newly Renovated Frick Collection
The Dalton Alumni Council Senior Committee, which plans events for alumni who are 65 years and older, hosted a 75-minute private tour of the newly renovated and expansive Frick Collection last month.
This popular event was at capacity, with more than 20 alumni from the classes of 1957 through 1978 joining us.
Three knowledgeable art historians guided us through the museum in small groups, leaving us eager to continue exploring the collection.
The day concluded with a relaxed, optional lunch at a local restaurant where conversations continued.
A special thanks to April Kim Tonin '88, head of the Frick’s education department, as well as the Senior Alumni Council Committee leaders Marjorie Cohen Scharfspitz '59, Patricia Braun Silvers '68, and Fred Lewyn '74 for their enthusiasm and help with planning!
