Dalton's High School Model UN Team is Undefeated in 2006-2007
Dalton's Model United Nations team was victorious once again this weekend, winning the Best Delegation Award at the Johns Hopkins University Model UN Conference (JHUMUNC) for the second consecutive year.
This is the fourth Best Delegation Award the team has won this year, earning the 2006-2007 team the distinction of being the first undefeated team in Dalton's Model UN history.
This weekend, the team won at least one award on every committee, with Best Delegate (1st) on 9 of 15 committees, Honorable Mention (2nd) on the other 6, and one award for Best Position Paper. The team at this conference, comprised mostly of sophomores and freshmen, worked extremely hard and demonstrated immense skill and dedication.
