Senior teams Dalton GK (Gary Garbasz and Eric Kozak) and Dalton SS (Oliver Simon and Ryan Sit) posted perfect 4-0 records on their way to 2nd and 3rd place finishes in Varsity Public Forum respectively. Captains team Dalton CD (Ivo Crnkovic-Rubsamen and Jacob Davidson) continued their strong campaign this year with a 3-1 record and 6th place finish, marking their fourth consecutive top 8 this year. Both the teams of Jake Davidson/Ivo Crnkovic-Rubsamen and Ryan Sit/Oliver Simon qualified to debate at the prestigious National Tournament of Champions at the University of Kentucky in May. This is the first time Dalton will be sending debaters to this tournament, which invites only the best debaters in the country.

Dalton PH (Steven Peterson and David Hamburger) earned a 3-1 record, while novice teams Dalton BR (Zachary Braunstein and Alexander Rawitz) and Dalton BM (Samuel Buck and Alexandra Marine) posted strong efforts in the Novice Public Forum division, placing 1st and 6th respectively. This tournament was Braunstein and Marine's first, and their performance is indicative of the team's potential to perform when its experienced seniors depart.

The Harvard Invitational, the most prestigious Public Forum tournament, is in three weeks and Dalton hopes to carry its momentum from Duke and continue its success in 2009-2010.
