The Thunderbird Dancers bring the beauty of traditional Native American culture to The Dalton School. Specializing in a variety of distinct regional tribal dances, their performances are wonderfully presented with stories and descriptions.

One of the most interesting and enjoyable dances is the Feather Dance.  A feather is placed standing up on the ground. The dancer is challenged to pick up the feather using only his or her mouth; no other body part may touch the ground.
