Second Grade NYCity Block Project is Architectural Wonder
It was a sight to behold. The collective work of the second grade children who created a scale replica of Manhattan was on display in the First Program Common room and later in the TD Bank windows on 85th Street and 3rd Avenue.
This project was the culmination of their neighborhood study to understand the architecture and neighborhoods of the greatest city in the world.
The students loaded their city blocks into buses and headed to the TD Bank to display their architectural wonders in the bank's window cases.
