The PE classes at FP have started their tumbling and gymnastics unit. Currently, the first grade students are finishing up the tumbling and gymnastics unit as they practice their forward and backward rolls, balances, animal walks and stunts.
They are also working on the uneven and even parallel bars, balance beams and cargo net. Each class starts with a series of warm-up exercises to develop muscular strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. This unit will culminate with gymnastic presentations.
