Dalton's First Program teachers engaged in a school/neighborhood-wide scavenger hunt in order to experience the nuances of collaborative vs. individual problem-solving, as part of a workshop conducted by leadership consultant Steve Boehlke. This professional development activity was part of a day-long workshop on Tuesday, October 9, designed to focus teachers on group dynamics and to connect with the school's intiative to foster building character and community at Dalton. The FP teachers were shown this light-hearted video after the hunt to close and reflect on the day's activities.
