Brian Zhao '15 Receives Child Mind Institute Rising Scientist Award

Congratulations to Brian for being one of the ten students in the NYC area who was honored by the Child Mind Institute. On Thursday, October 9. He was awarded a Rising Scientists Award, demonstrating exceptional promise and interest in neuroscience.

Brian is researching factors of Alzheimer's Disease with Dr. Hazel Szeto at Weill Cornell. He devotes his extracurricular time to the project and his summers. His work yielded a semifinalist nod from Siemens last year.
