Alumni Serve the Community Through Food Rescue Initiative
Last month, the Alumni Council partnered with the Global & Community Engagement Office for a hands-on alumni service opportunity.
A dedicated group from the Classes of 1957 to 2018 gathered in the Dalton Cafeteria to repurpose leftover food from lunch. Together, they prepared 125 sandwiches and salad bowls and delivered these items to the Holmes Tower Community Fridge.
Special thanks to High School Program Coordinator for Service Learning & Internships, Melissa Soleimani, for her impeccable organization of this impactful event.
