All First Graders Are Feeling Proud, Happy, and Thankful
The entire first grade came together for a wonderful service learning project and celebration.
Some of the money raised during the grade-wide Walk-A-Thon was used to purchase sandwich materials. The students were happy to help feed people in our community through the New York Common Pantry. The children expressed feeling grateful, proud, happy, and helpful. The first grade thanks you for your support.
At the end of our gathering, the entire grade performed Food, Glorious Food from Oliver. It was a great way to culminate our project and begin the holiday season.
