7th and 8th Graders Enjoy Dodgeball, Ping-Pong, Pizza, and More
Once again, Dodgeball Night was a success, in large part due to the excellent coaching of Roy Samuelson and Joe Quain. After our fearless leaders organized the enthusiastic teams for the extensive tournament, games happened at rapid fire speed. If you were in the wrestling room enjoying some detectible pizza when it was your team's turn, you had to drop everything and bolt back to the gym so as forfeit the match. 7th and 8th graders played for almost two hours with determined focus and passion. Ultimately, it was the Dodgefathers who prevailed, though there were some heated moments throughout the tournament. Thanks to all of the Middle School Government volunteers who worked tirelessly to make sure all of the dodgeball players were well fed and kept hydrated.
