On Monday, October 31st, Judge Ronnie Abrams '86 came to 8th grade English classes to discuss the links between Of Mice and Men and the law. She shared a presentation with the students and engaged each class in a discussion around the legal implications of Steinbeck's text. The discussion then moved on to modern-day legal and philosophical questions. With their newfound knowledge still fresh in their minds, the students engaged in further discussion and debate later in the week.
