In the 2020 National Mythological Exam, students in grades 4-8 tackled questions on Perseus and mythological monsters, the Olympian gods, The Odyssey, and The Aeneid.
Many students who took this exam also met weekly in the Mythology Club to share their interest in ancient tales. Of the 19 students who tested their knowledge, two earned Gold medals for their perfect scores: Kudos to Daniel Silverman ’27 and Jackson Silver ’26.
Missing just one question, seven students earned Silver medals: Kiran Maduraperuma ’28, Benjamin Sleeper ’27, Madeleine Fine ’27, Sara Giovannone ’26, Sam Kaplan ’26, Olivia Meyer ’26, and Mirabelle Zhang ’24. Six other participants made a fine showing and earned Bronze medals: Ela Roso ’26, JoJo Constantiner ’26, Campbell Langdon ’26, Kaitlin Fine ’26, and Ava Van Dusen ’26.
Congratulations to all!
