We have received some questions as to whether the Head of School Search Survey is anonymous. We want to assure you that responses are completely anonymous and cannot be traced back to the respondent. Only Spencer Stuart and Kincentric will have access to the raw results, and they will provide anonymous data back to The Dalton School for analysis.

 

If you have not yet had a chance to submit your response, the survey will be active until Sunday night, May 16. If there is additional information you want to provide after you have completed the survey, there is also an Anonymous link—located on our dedicated Head of School Search webpage—for community members to submit suggestions and input in a purely anonymous fashion (again, submissions cannot be traced back to respondents).
