Mary Ashley Groot '23 Tabbed for Prestigious Basketball Honor
Congratulations to Dalton Girls Basketball junior Mary Ashley Groot '23, who was recently selected to the 2021-2022 Naismith High School Trophy Underclassmen Girls Watch List.
The prestigious individual award is given annually to the top nation's top boys' and girls' high school basketball players. Mary Ashley is the only player selected from New York state and just one of 25 in the country to be named to the watch list.
