Students in the "Nature/ Technology/ Power" iteration of eleventh-grade world history traveled to Hilltop Hanover Farm in Yorktown Heights, New York, this past week to tour the farm and witness first-hand sustainable and regenerative agriculture, watershed management, and participation in the local food pathway.  After a farm tour, students participated in hands-on work transforming an education garden.
