ACC Makes Kimbap
At this week’s High School Asian Cultures Club meeting, students learned to make the Korean seaweed rice roll Kimbap with the help of Chef Jaz and under the guidance of Mrs. Feldman, HS Librarian and club advisor.
ACC is a cultural club open to all High School students interested in learning about Asian cultures and helping with organizing community wide events. Current heads are Arav Mehta ‘25, Charlie Kim ‘25, and Patrick Liu ‘26.
