The Jewish Culture Club (JCC) hosted an exciting and delicious event featuring Dalton’s very own Charlie Stewart, who led a hands-on latke-making workshop.
Students had the opportunity to learn the art of making latkes from scratch, including creating their own potato starch, chopping onions, and grating potatoes. Charlie guided everyone through the process step by step, sharing tips and tricks along the way. Many students stopped by to help prepare the latkes and, of course, to taste the final product.
