Latinx/Hispanic Parent Group and HOLA Celebrate La Gran Fiesta
Last month, the PA's Latinx/Hispanic Parent Group celebrated La Gran Fiesta with HOLA and the Dalton community at Big Dalton.
La Gran Fiesta is a celebration of Latinx/Hispanic food, music, dance, art, language, and heritage.
Highlights of the festivities included a piñata, Spanish and Portuguese language music, a Samba performance with instruction, Día de los Muertos — or Day of the Dead — inspired crafts, a raffle drawing with prizes, a taco bar, churros, and lots of other delicious foods.
