Science Students Present Independent Study Research
Last week, students in science independent studies presented their semester-long research projects.
Alex Wing '26 created and presented a website detailing the timeline and chemistry of the Chernobyl disaster, supervised by Mr. Ramsey. Parker Goldin '26 and Jared Davis '26 each presented posters examining the relationship between creatine supplementation and muscle cramping under the supervision of Dr. Sampoli. Peytin Metz '26 presented a poster about neurotransmitter systems in individuals with PTSD supervised by Dr. Dito. Mala Brumm '26, Leo Rodriguez '26, and Noah Sheff '26 presented a poster detailing their process of synthesizing ibuprofen under the supervision of Dr. Mattis.
