The students have been playing various types of games in class and Labs to strengthen their number sense and mental math skills. The games ranged from creating equations in Proof to identifying patterns in Set. It was a wonderful opportunity for students’ families to get a glimpse of how exciting (and challenging!) math is in fourth grade, and students loved sharing their learning with adults.
