In recognition of International Holocaust Remembrance Day and in partnership with American Jewish Committee (AJC), authors of Don’t Feed the Lion spoke with 5th, 6th, and 7th grade students at an assembly last week.
Authors and acclaimed journalists Bianna Golodryga and Yonit Levi spoke about the new novel, which focuses on empowering young people to confront antisemitism and bigotry in today's world. Student panelists Phoebe Burger ‘31, Ben Bachrach ‘31, and Camila Hong ‘32 led the author discussion, ending with the question: "How can we start being better allies today?" Bianna also addressed Dalton and other independent school parents the evening prior.
