Before going forth to Winter Break, Dalton students from K-12 donned their finest apparel on the morning of Friday, December 22 for the always eagerly anticipated Dalton tradition, the beautiful Candlelighting Ceremony. Led by Head of School Ellen Stein, with music by the Dalton Chorus and the a cappella group Sweet ‘n Low, a handful of students, faculty, parents and alumni had the honor of lighting a candle. In addition, middle school houses hosted their First Program “buddy” houses at celebratory breakfasts.
