On Wednesday 20 May, Dalton high school students participated in the annual Day of Service.  Led by Ms. Baumgardner, Director of Community Service, students traveled throughout the city to work at various service locations, including soup kitchens, parks, schools and Youth Services Opportunities Program (YSOP).  Following their volunteer work, students returned to school for a fundraising street fair hosted by the Community Service Club.  A live band performed as students participated in pie throwing contests, inflatable jousting, cupcake decorating, marriage booth and dunk tank.  All proceeds from the street fair will be donated to charity.
